Abstract
Lipomatous neoplasm of the uterus are uncommon lesions which have been described as isolated case report. Lipoleiomyomas occur in the cervix but more ferquently in the corpus uteri, as submucous, subserosal, or most commonly intramural growth.

the patients are 40 years of age or older. Uterine fatty tumors are almost uniformly described as benign, but malignant tumors which contain fatty tissue occur and have been described as liposarcoma
We experienced a case of lipoleiomyoma of uterus in 56 years old multiparous woman and this case was presented with a brief review of the literatures.
